Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Basic proficiency in English
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to safety and chemical handling procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Basic communication skills in English
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensures that assigned linen room closets are stocked at par
- Empties RAs linens on an hourly basis or as needed
- Empties RAs garbage on an hourly basis or as needed
- Keeps the linen room closets clean
- Removes trays from the guest floors
- Keeps corridors on guest room floors clean
- Keeps back of house clean surrounding housekeeping areas
- Moves furniture upon request
- Be able to perform daily runs and assignments as assigned within reasonable shift 6-8 hour duty
- Follow all proper Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed
- Report any broken items found in hallways to Engineering or supervisor
- Completes guest requests within reasonable time of request issued
- Perform all necessary duties as requested by Hskp supervisors/managers
