Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening or overnight shifts if needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overtime

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas
  • Ensure the highest level of guest service in assigned areas
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces if required
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless guest experience
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
