Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting maintenance
- ability to operate light maintenance equipment
- capability to use hand and power tools properly and safely
- proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- ability to follow written procedures and adapt to work changes
- strong problem-solving abilities
- availability for on-call emergency response
- physical ability to perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks safely and independently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred
- basic maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting
- ability to operate light equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and carpet cleaners
- proficiency in using hand and power tools safely
- strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- capability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures
- adaptability to changing work conditions
- effective problem-solving skills
- service-oriented mindset with friendly and helpful communication
Job Duties
- Perform light and preventive maintenance across property interior and exterior
- conduct light plumbing tasks such as plunging or snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- perform light electrical work including changing outlets, wall switches, and light bulbs
- execute studio preventive maintenance programs including painting, caulking, and pest identification
- maintain general upkeep including shampooing carpets, janitorial work, and parking lot maintenance
- complete guest room preparation and inspection after move-outs
- clean daily assigned public areas
- stage guest room furniture, equipment, and supplies
- remove trash and stain treat soiled linens before removal
- assist with sorting, washing, drying, and folding company linens and terry
- maintain laundry facilities
- cross-train on Move-Out Attendant and Stay-Over Attendant duties and perform as requested
- respond to emergencies as part of on-call responsibilities
