Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in light maintenance and housekeeping
- basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting
- ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to follow written instructions and solve problems
- availability for on-call emergency response
- physical ability to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks independently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred
- basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting maintenance
- ability to operate light equipment such as pressure washers and carpet cleaners
- proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- problem-solving skills with ability to follow written procedures and adapt to changes
- friendly and helpful service mindset
Job Duties
- perform light and preventive maintenance including light plumbing, light electrical and general upkeep
- complete guest room preparation and inspection according to brand standards
- clean and stage assigned public areas and guest rooms
- remove trash and treat soiled linens
- assist with laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, and folding
- cross-train on Move-Out and Stay-Over Attendant duties and perform as requested
- respond to emergencies and clock in and out during on-call periods
