Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical repairs, and painting
  • Ability to safely operate light equipment and hand and power tools
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes and solve problems promptly
  • Availability for on-call emergency response
  • Physical dexterity and mechanical aptitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred
  • Basic maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting
  • Ability to operate light equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and carpet cleaners
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written procedures
  • Friendly and service-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Perform light and preventive maintenance across the facility interior and exterior
  • Plunge or snake toilets and unclog sinks
  • Change outlets, wall switches, and light bulbs
  • Execute studio preventive maintenance programs including painting and caulking
  • Shampoo carpets, perform janitorial tasks, and maintain the parking lot
  • Complete guest room preparation and inspection after move-outs
  • Clean and stage all daily assigned public areas
  • Remove all trash and treat stains on soiled linens
  • Assist with laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and facility maintenance
  • Cross-train and perform duties of Move-Out and Stay-Over Attendants
  • Respond to emergency calls and clock in/out during emergency work
