Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel environment preferred
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Excellent physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch frequently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Willingness to perform duties in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks

Job Duties

  • Responsible for linen/terry stocking/removing of dirty linen of the housekeeping office
  • Refill closets with guest room amenity supplies
  • Perform all guest deliveries/services as assigned by the floor supervisor in prompt manner
  • Provide housekeepers with necessary supplies
  • Cleaning of any upholstered furniture of guestrooms and hallways
  • Cleaning of corridors, second floor landings and lights
  • Placement/removal of all rollaway beds, cribs from guestroom corridors
  • Remove all irons / ironing boards / hair dryers from the guest rooms as required
  • Assist other departments on an as-needed basis during their day
  • Pickup and delivery of all laundry/dry cleaning items as requested by guests
  • Prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes in the hotel
  • Communicate with other departments and extended hotel team to ensure alignment
