Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving supplies

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and stocking procedures
- Ability to operate communication tools such as radios and mobile applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Commitment to uphold resort values such as empathy, integrity, respect, and inclusion
Job Duties
- Deliver linens and other supplies to room attendants and stock closets on assigned floors
- Maintain complete and effective ongoing stocking of all linen closets except linens and terries unless assigned
- Keep van and houseman vehicles stocked and orderly at all times
- Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor such as leaky faucets or toilets, loose tile, broken windowpanes, missing nuts or screws
- Responsible for delivery of requested guest items
- Receive and store incoming freight accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas
- Clean other designated areas such as fixtures, vending areas, and storage areas for assigned floors
- Provide prompt response to all service calls including guest, front desk, or housekeeping requests as needed
- Maintain effective organization, layout, cleanliness, security, upkeep and maintenance of all storage closets and facilities
- Follow through on lost and found procedures with absolute respect for guest property
- Maintain constant awareness of safety issues and report all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor
- Keep accurate and legible records of all services
- Provide accurate key control and effective security for all keys, buildings and vehicles
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment in the housekeeping department
- Communicate all pertinent information to the housekeeping team
- Utilize the radio system and HotSOS application to accept requests input by other departments
- Maintain an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities and special events
- Up sell other resort services and amenities to guests
