Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related light maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting maintenance
- Ability to operate light maintenance equipment safely
- Proficient English communication skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and adapt to work changes
- Ability to work independently and maintain a service-minded attitude
- Availability to respond to emergencies on-call
- Physical capability to perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping work preferred
- Basic maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting
- Ability to operate light equipment including pressure washer, vacuum cleaner, and carpet cleaner
- Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, and following written procedures
- Adaptable and capable of timely problem solving
- Friendly and service-oriented mindset towards guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Perform light and preventive maintenance across the facility interior and exterior
- Conduct light plumbing work such as plunging or snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- Execute light electrical repairs including changing outlets, wall switches, or light bulbs
- Carry out studio preventive maintenance programs including painting, caulking, and pest identification
- Ensure general upkeep such as shampooing carpet, janitorial work, and parking lot maintenance
- Complete guest room preparation and inspection according to brand standards after move-outs
- Clean daily assigned public areas and stage guest room furniture, equipment, and in-room supplies
