- maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas
- assist housekeeping team with various cleaning tasks
- ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail
- adhere to health and safety standards and hotel policies
- cooperate with other departments to achieve operational excellence
