Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- ability to push and pull work-related equipment over uneven and sloping surfaces
- ability to bend, twist, stoop, and pull

- ability to manipulate, turn, and grasp objects of various sizes and weights

Job Duties
- Move and arrange furniture
- turn mattresses as required
- hang drapery
- polish metalwork
- collect soiled linen
- store linen supplies in linen closet
- replenish bathroom supplies
- refurnish guest rooms with towels and other supplies
- stock cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift
- deliver television sets, ironing boards, high chairs, baby cribs/beds, small refrigerators/microwave ovens to guest rooms
- remove debris from and clean driveways and garage areas
- sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and polishing machines
- deep-clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and drapery using industrial cleaning equipment
- wash walls, ceilings, windows, door panels, sills, and woodwork
- empty waste baskets and ash trays
- empty trash in disposal area
- replace light bulbs
- perform other duties as assigned by management
