Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check

Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- background in hospitality or customer service environments is beneficial
- high school diploma preferred
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- physical stamina to complete labor-intensive cleaning tasks
- ability to manage time effectively and prioritize duties
- willingness to support team members and adapt to evolving needs
- respect for guest privacy, safety, and hotel property

- familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
- Abide by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals
- Move and arrange furniture and dust and polish furniture, metalwork and equipment
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms and mops and powered scrubbing and waxing machines
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner
- Collect soiled linens for laundering and receive and store linen supplies in linen closet
- Clean bathrooms and replenish with supplies
- Refurnish room with supplies, towels etc. as required
- Supply cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift
- Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- wash windows, door panels, and sills
- Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
