Job Requirements
- Must be punctual and dressed in proper attire
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds frequently
- Ability to perform physical activities including walking and standing
- Must have basic math skills for addition and subtraction
- Must have English language proficiency for communication
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as business demands
- Willingness to perform various custodial and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Reports to work dressed in proper attire and on time following proper clock in/out procedure
- Communicate by radio with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering to facilitate guest requests and department needs
- Cleans Upper and Lower Terrace, front entrance, and sidewalks daily prior to going to the floors
- Ensures cleanliness of all guest tower corridors
- Stocks all linen closets for next day prior to end of shift
- Assists with special exterior cleaning projects as needed
- Assists in proper placement of chairs and tables
- Assists Housekeeping in maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas
- Dusts furniture and equipment, washes windows, walls, woodwork, and blinds
- Cleans and polishes furniture, collects and disposes of refuse
- Cleans outside of guest room doors, hall lights, and vents
- Removes newspapers and dishtub items
- Exchanges dirty glasses with clean ones
- Moves equipment, replaces light bulbs, sets up equipment
- Assists Room Attendants in supplying materials and stripping guest rooms
- Monitors and maintains back-of-house areas
- Vacuums hallways daily
- Reports damage or missing equipment
- Ensures compliance with house rules and safety
- Maintains guest room corridors
- Sets up cribs and rollaways
- Updates guest service board
- Performs other duties as assigned
