Job Duties
- Restocking supplies such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other guest room amenities
- Maintaining public areas including hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Adhering to safety standards and cleaning procedures
- Providing courteous and professional guest interaction
- Handling laundry duties including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Preparing rooms for new guests to meet cleanliness and comfort standards
