Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related role
- ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation
- good physical condition
- willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- strong attention to detail
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas
- assist with guest room upkeep and support housekeeping staff
- collect and distribute linens and supplies
- ensure all equipment is clean and stored properly
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- respond promptly to guest requests and needs
- collaborate effectively with team members to meet hotel cleanliness standards
