Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
- ability to lift, push, reach for, or carry 50+ pounds frequently
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Work under direction of housekeeping manager or housekeeping supervisor
- communicate daily with leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe
- maintain positive and professional approach with team members and guests
- follow all safety and health regulations including personal protective equipment protocol policies
- thoroughly strip rooms of bedding, towels, and trash after guest checkouts
- maintain constant awareness of safety hazards and report to floor supervisor or housekeeping office
- change soiled linens on beds following property and Green Program standards
- keep corridors clean, neat and free of waste or clutter
- report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment
- resolve issues for guests in a professional and timely manner
- learn and know names of chemicals used
- carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- perform other duties as assigned consistent with the position functions
