Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
  • ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • physical capability to perform strenuous activities including lifting up to 75 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to upholding company standards of cleanliness and guest service

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • ability to extend arms scrub bend stoop stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • ability to perform job functions with limited supervision

Job Duties

  • Cleaning sweeping mopping vacuuming or shampooing corridors elevators parking lots public areas and storage closets
  • removing and emptying trash from room attendant carts parking lots and public areas
  • delivering soiled linen and terry to the laundry room
  • delivering cots cribs and other items to guests and responding to other guest calls
  • assisting with deep cleaning projects that may require moving furniture or mattress rotation
