Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred
- basic maintenance knowledge including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting
- proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- basic computer operation skills
- ability to operate light equipment like pressure washers and vacuum cleaners
- ability to use hand and power tools properly and safely
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work under stress and adapt to changing work conditions
- willingness to respond to on-call emergencies and clock time accordingly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping work preferred
- basic knowledge of plumbing
- basic knowledge of electrical
- basic knowledge of mechanical
- basic knowledge of painting
- ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- basic computer operation skills
- ability to operate light equipment such as pressure washer, vacuum cleaner, and carpet cleaner

Job Duties
- Perform all light and preventive maintenance of the facility interior and exterior such as shampooing carpet
- conduct light electrical tasks including changing an outlet, wall switch, or light bulbs
- perform light plumbing tasks such as plunging or snaking toilets and unclogging sinks
- participate in studio preventive maintenance programs including painting, caulking, pest identification, and janitorial work
- maintain and clean parking lot
- maintain and clean public spaces daily according to brand standards
- execute quarterly preventative maintenance to uphold the facility inside and out
- complete guest room preparation process according to brand standards by inspecting, trash removal, stain treatment of linens, and staging furniture and supplies
- respond to on-call emergencies and clock in/out accordingly
- perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, and folding company linen and terry
- cross-train on duties of Move-Out Attendant and Stay-Over Attendant and perform those duties as needed
- complete other duties as assigned by supervision
