Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a premier 605-room convention center hotel located in the vibrant heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or environmental services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Effective communication skills
- Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Job Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional business appearance and attitude
- Prior hotel housekeeping or relevant environmental services experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, reach overhead, squat, and lift or carry up to 30 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Must live within 50 miles of the hotel
Job Duties
- Retrieve soiled linen and garbage from guest rooms and storage closets to dispose of through linen chute or dumpsters
- Maintain hallways and public areas, reporting maintenance issues and special cleaning assignments
- Deliver guest amenities and special requests to guest rooms such as rollaway beds and baby cribs
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly projects as assigned by housekeeping managers or supervisors
- Clean stairwells, elevators, and hallways free from debris and room service trays
- Maintain housekeeping supply storeroom by organizing new supplies upon delivery and restocking floors
- Support guest room attendants to ensure Omni standards and guest satisfaction are met
