Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a premier 605-room convention center hotel located in the vibrant heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or environmental services preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the hotel
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional business appearance and attitude
  • Prior hotel housekeeping or relevant environmental services experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, reach overhead, squat, and lift or carry up to 30 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
  • Must live within 50 miles of the hotel

Job Duties

  • Retrieve soiled linen and garbage from guest rooms and storage closets to dispose of through linen chute or dumpsters
  • Maintain hallways and public areas, reporting maintenance issues and special cleaning assignments
  • Deliver guest amenities and special requests to guest rooms such as rollaway beds and baby cribs
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly projects as assigned by housekeeping managers or supervisors
  • Clean stairwells, elevators, and hallways free from debris and room service trays
  • Maintain housekeeping supply storeroom by organizing new supplies upon delivery and restocking floors
  • Support guest room attendants to ensure Omni standards and guest satisfaction are met
