Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- clean and maintain public areas of the hotel including lobbies hallways and restrooms
- assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- stock guest rooms with amenities and linens
- respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by management
