Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and pool areas
- Collect and remove trash, dirty linens, and other refuse from guest floors and public spaces
- Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms
- Respond to guest requests and housekeeping calls promptly and courteously
- Clean and maintain housekeeping closets and storage areas
- Set up and break down meeting rooms or banquet spaces as needed
- Support deep cleaning projects or special assignments as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues
