Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and pool areas
  • Collect and remove trash, dirty linens, and other refuse from guest floors and public spaces
  • Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms
  • Respond to guest requests and housekeeping calls promptly and courteously
  • Clean and maintain housekeeping closets and storage areas
  • Set up and break down meeting rooms or banquet spaces as needed
  • Support deep cleaning projects or special assignments as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues
