Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM with daily schedules subject to change
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must be collaborative and willing to support multiple areas within the hotel
  • Must have a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Deliver linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies to assigned floors and guest rooms
  • Perform routine cleaning of guest hallways and furniture, storage closets, service areas stairwells, and elevators
  • Perform periodic cleaning of the chandeliers
  • Assist with stocking housekeeping supplies and organizing storage areas on designated delivery days
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or support, ensuring follow-through
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned public and back-of-house areas
  • Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety concerns to the appropriate departments
  • Support special cleaning projects or emergency cleaning needs assigned by supervisors
  • Learn how to make beds, roll-aways, and sofa beds
