Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to commute to Greenville SC 29601 required
- Willingness to relocate to Greenville SC 29601 before starting work required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferably in a hotel environment
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job including lifting and bending
- Basic communication skills in English
- Customer service orientation and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Previous IHG branded hotel experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including but not limited to making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service as needed
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and or General Manager
