- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Must pass background check

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchenettes
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop floors regularly
- Manage waste disposal and recycling
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents and guests
