Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and guest contact skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Legal work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleaning of lobbies, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other rooms division areas
- Assist the room attendants regarding moving beds as well as moving other furniture in the building
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned public and employee areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold resort standards
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols at all times
