Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to accept on-call assignments
  • Service passion

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and guest contact skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning of lobbies, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other rooms division areas
  • Assist the room attendants regarding moving beds as well as moving other furniture in the building
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned public and employee areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold resort standards
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols at all times
