Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide personalized guest services to ensure a memorable coastal luxury experience
- Assist in managing daily operations to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Coordinate with various resort departments to deliver seamless service
- Uphold resort policies and AAA Four Diamond standards consistently
- Participate in employee recognition programs and training sessions
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
