Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years experience in housekeeping preferred
  • ability to lift 40 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • work authorization in the United States
  • ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • reliable and punctual

  • ability to lift 40 pounds
  • knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
  • ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Keep public areas of the hotel clean
  • stock linen and storage areas with clean linens
  • deliver guest request items promptly and courteously
  • anticipate and customize service to meet guest needs
  • maintain knowledge of all available menu options
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • adhere to hotel cleanliness and safety standards
