Job Duties
- Keep public areas of the hotel clean
- stock linen and storage areas with clean linens
- deliver guest request items promptly and courteously
- anticipate and customize service to meet guest needs
- maintain knowledge of all available menu options
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- adhere to hotel cleanliness and safety standards
