Job Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to bend, stoop, and lift
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Experience operating industrial laundry equipment, cleaning equipment, and chemicals
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays due to 24/7 operation
- Compliance with all hotel rules and regulations
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must wear proper uniform and name tag
- Ability to report to work punctually

Job Duties
- Pick up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily
- Proceed to the laundry area to pick up assigned cart and necessary supplies
- Avoid making excessive noise in guest room areas
- Prioritize check-outs except in special requests
- Report all do not disturb rooms to superior for approval
- Change sheets in every room daily unless specified by guest
- Clean rooms according to established procedures
- Return cart to linen room at end of shift
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management
- Be flexible with work schedule
- Report to work on time in proper uniform including name tag
- Stay knowledgeable of daily hotel operations and updates
- Be aware of guest service scores and understand guest comments and needs
- Handle duties according to hotel policies and standards
- Know emergency procedures and act accordingly
- Report unusual occurrences or requests to manager
- Assist fellow associates to improve daily hotel operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Possess valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if applicable
