- Must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance if applicable

Job Duties
- Pick-up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily
- Proceed to the laundry area to pick-up assigned cart and necessary supplies
- Avoid making excessive noise in guest room areas
- Prioritize check-outs with exception for special requests
- Report rooms marked as Do Not Disturb to superior for approval
- Change sheets in every room daily unless specified by the guest
- Clean rooms according to established procedures and return cart to linen room at shift end
- Follow all reasonable requests by management
- Be flexible regarding work schedule
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform including name tag
- Stay knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and updates
- Understand and strive to achieve guest service scores
- Handle duties according to hotel policies and standards
- Know and act on emergency procedures
- Report unusual occurrences or requests to manager
- Assist fellow associates to improve daily operations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Hold a valid driver's license and proof of insurance if applicable
