Job Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Demonstration of English proficiency required
- Willingness to work day, evening, or night shifts
- Availability to work alternating weekends
- Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures
- Ability to use cleaning equipment safely
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or hotel preferred
- One year customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning activities in patient exam rooms, inpatient rooms, surgery areas, utilities, and general environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic cleaning skills continuously
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of patient, staff, office, clinic, and visitor areas
- Adhere to hospital safety and infection control protocols
- Report maintenance and safety issues to supervisors
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness
