Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping or related cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle equipment

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain designated areas such as public spaces, offices, restrooms, banquet, meeting, and conference rooms
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • Dust and shine furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
  • Wash windows and clean and buff floors
  • Remove waste and empty ashtrays
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
  • Coordinate with management for replenishment of supplies
  • Perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique cleaning projects
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms as necessary
  • Greet guests warmly to enhance their experience
