Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

- willingness to respond promptly to guest requests

Job Duties
- cleaning and maintaining designated hotel areas such as public spaces offices restrooms banquet meeting and conference rooms
- dusting and shining furniture and fixtures
- vacuuming sweeping mopping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning and buffing floors
- disposing of waste and ashtrays
- greeting guests amiably to enhance their experience
- keeping accurate records of maintenance requests and repairs
- planning and coordinating supply replenishment
- performing extensive cleaning duties and managing unique projects
- carrying out guest requests and assisting with guest lodgings cleanliness
