- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated hotel areas such as public spaces, offices, restrooms, banquet and conference rooms to meet cleanliness standards
- perform dusting and shining of furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and buff floors
- remove waste and ashtrays
- greet guests warmly to enhance their experience
- keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- coordinate with management to replenish supplies timely and cost-effectively
- carry out guest requests and assist with guest lodging cleanliness as needed
