Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated hotel areas including public spaces offices restrooms and banquet meeting conference rooms
- dust and shine furniture and fixtures
- vacuum mop shampoo carpets and clean floors
- wash windows and remove waste and ashtrays
- greet every guest warmly and courteously
- keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- plan and coordinate with management for timely and cost-effective supply replenishment
- perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique projects
- respond promptly to guest requests and assist in cleaning guest lodgings as necessary
