Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all bedrooms, common areas, hallways, and service spaces according to established standards
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized and tidy
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to promote a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens
