Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain designated areas such as public spaces, offices, restrooms, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms to meet standards
- Perform dusting and shining of furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and buff floors
- Dispose of waste and ashtrays properly
- Greet guests amiably and enhance guest experience
- Keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- Coordinate with management for timely and cost-effective replenishment of supplies
- Perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique projects
- Assist in cleaning guest lodgings as necessary
