- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated areas such as public spaces offices restrooms banquet meeting conference rooms to meet cleanliness standards
- perform dusting and shining of furniture and fixtures vacuum carpets sweep mop and shampoo floors wash windows clean and buff floors dispose of waste and ashtrays
- greet guests amiably upon entry to enhance guest experience
- keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- plan and coordinate with management for timely and cost-effective supply replenishment
- perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique cleaning projects
- carry out guest requests promptly and assist in guest room cleanliness as needed
