Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- strong attention to detail

- basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals

Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated hotel areas such as public spaces offices restrooms and banquet meeting conference rooms
- respond promptly to guest requests to enhance guest experience
- dust and shine furniture and fixtures
- vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- wash windows clean and buff floors remove waste and ashtrays
- greet guests amiably upon entry
- keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- plan and coordinate timely and cost-effective replenishment of supplies
- perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique projects
- assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
