Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated areas such as public spaces, offices, restrooms, banquet, meeting, and conference rooms
- respond promptly to guest requests
- dust and shine furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and buff floors
- remove waste and ashtrays
- greet guests warmly
- keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- plan and coordinate replenishment of supplies
- perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique projects
- assist in cleaning guest lodgings as necessary
