Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, banquet and conference rooms
- respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly and helpful attitude
- perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, buffing floors
- dispose of waste and ashtrays appropriately
- keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- plan and coordinate supply replenishment with management
- assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
- undertake special cleaning projects and extensive cleaning duties
