Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to meet physical demands of the job including standing, walking, lifting, and bending
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated hotel areas such as public spaces, offices, restrooms, banquet, meeting, and conference rooms
- respond promptly to guest requests and assist with guest lodgings as necessary
- dust and shine furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and clean and buff floors
- dispose of waste and ashtrays properly
- keep accurate records of maintenance requests and completed repairs
- plan and coordinate with management for supply replenishment
- perform specialized cleaning projects
- greet guests amiably to enhance guest experience
