Job Requirements
- One plus year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset
- Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom according to procedure
- Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
- Provide turndown service for guests
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
- Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors to ensure guest needs are met
- Support the Housekeeping department in upholding Four Seasons cleanliness and quality standards
