Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license to operate EZ-Go cart and company vehicles
- Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly performing physical tasks for entire shift
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Familiarity with cleaning standards and teamwork
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to attend departmental meetings
- Compliance with safety guidelines and company policies
- Pass pre-employment substance abuse testing

Job Duties
- Transfer linens, towels and other room amenity items from storage to guest rooms and replenish as necessary
- Fold and hang towels, re-assemble bedding, hang robes and pick up guest items from floors
- Mop and wipe down mirrors and windows, clean restrooms including bathtubs, sinks, countertops, showers and floors
- Vacuum assigned sleeping rooms daily and report stains or damages to supervisors
- Report room deficiencies requiring engineering assistance such as broken lamps and furniture
- Remove room service trays and dishes and empty liquids
- Organize and maintain closets with linen and amenities, ensuring neat and orderly storage
- Follow management instructions for room cleaning sequences
- Notify housekeeping office and turn in lost and found items immediately
- Maintain accurate task logs and communicate challenges to the manager
- Promptly report room statuses after cleaning to ensure efficient room flow
- Report suspicious activities and emergencies to housekeeping office
- Attend scheduled departmental meetings
- Perform duties according to housekeeping manual standards
- Maintain a minimum inspection score of 95% for assigned rooms
- Expediently respond to priority room statuses and tasks
- Comply with Pebble Beach Company safety policies and procedures
- Integrate company culture and values in daily work
