Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and lift for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
- comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety protocols
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- willingness to adhere to attendance, grooming, and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to departmental standards
- make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures, and glass surfaces
- replenish amenities, towels, linens, and supplies to required par levels
- clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly
- ensure all assigned rooms are released within established timeframes and quality standards
- handle guest requests, questions, or concerns promptly and professionally
- report maintenance and engineering issues promptly
- maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage area
- adhere to resort safety, security, and sanitation policies
- properly handle lost and found items
- assist in other areas of housekeeping operation as assigned
- exhibit professional and positive demeanor representing resort values
- warmly greet guests encountered during service
- perform any other duties assigned by management
