Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to push pull and lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Deliver items such as extra towels pillows blankets cribs irons and other amenities efficiently and safely
  • Maintain communication with Housekeeping Office Front Desk and Engineering to manage requests quickly
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally embodying Hyatt’s culture of care and hospitality
  • Ensure all deliveries are handled with care and professionalism
  • Coordinate with multiple hotel departments to fulfill special guest services
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of delivery areas
