Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and carry items as required
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests ensuring accuracy and care
  • Deliver items such as towels pillows blankets cribs irons and other requested amenities efficiently and safely
  • Maintain communication with Housekeeping Office Front Desk and Engineering to ensure requests are handled quickly and appropriately
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism embodying Hyatt's culture of care and hospitality
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of linens amenities and housekeeping items
  • Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to appropriate departments
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within delivery and storage areas
