Job Requirements

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring each delivery is accurate, complete, and handled with care
  • deliver items such as extra towels, pillows, blankets, cribs, irons, and other requested amenities to guest rooms efficiently and safely
  • maintain constant communication with the Housekeeping Office, Front Desk, and Engineering to ensure requests are handled quickly and appropriately
  • greet guests with warmth and professionalism, embodying Hyatt's culture of care and hospitality
  • handle guests’ special service requests with discretion and urgency
  • ensure all deliveries comply with safety and cleanliness standards
  • assist in inventory management and restocking of delivery items
