- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates should be extremely detail oriented organized and be able to handle a fast paced environment
- Ability to push pull and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests ensuring each delivery is accurate complete and handled with care
- Deliver items such as extra towels pillows blankets cribs irons and other requested amenities to guest rooms efficiently and safely
- Maintain constant communication with the Housekeeping Office Front Desk and Engineering to ensure requests are handled quickly and appropriately
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism embodying Hyatt's culture of care and hospitality in every interaction
- Handle special guest requests and services with discretion and attention to detail
