Job Requirements

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented organized and be able to handle a fast paced environment
  • Ability to push pull and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests ensuring each delivery is accurate complete and handled with care
  • Deliver items such as extra towels pillows blankets cribs irons and other requested amenities to guest rooms efficiently and safely
  • Maintain constant communication with the Housekeeping Office Front Desk and Engineering to ensure requests are handled quickly and appropriately
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism embodying Hyatt's culture of care and hospitality in every interaction
  • Handle special guest requests and services with discretion and attention to detail
