Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three or more years of experience in maintenance/housekeeping
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • auditory, verbal and visual communication capabilities
  • successful completion of criminal background check
  • successful drug screen

Job Duties

  • Perform all duties as assigned to housekeeping personnel
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently
  • ability to prioritize tasks and functions
  • provide superior cleaning and detail service to all equipment and facilities
  • removal of recycling and trash from all buildings
  • carry materials, supplies and equipment in and around all facilities
  • clean, inspect and prepare all facilities nightly
  • report housekeeping and maintenance problems nightly that need repair
  • safely know and use the proper equipment and maintain it according to standards
  • keep inventory and location of all equipment
  • report any problem with the equipment or facilities to supervisor and address directly
  • keep inventory of products and supplies and report needs to supervisor
  • all other duties as assigned by management
  • prepare set-ups for meetings and breakdown of meetings
