Job Duties
- Controlling, maintaining, and caring for guest rooms
- Managing guest requests efficiently and promptly
- Ensuring cleanliness in public areas
- Ensuring cleanliness in back of house areas
- Using housekeeping software HotSOS
- Reporting to the responsible shift leader
- Supporting other housekeeping areas when needed
- Maintaining good working relationships with external service providers
- Performing regular deep cleaning tasks
- Working in an environmentally conscious manner
