- Strong written and verbal skills

Job Duties
- Inspect guestrooms to ensure highest cleaning standards are met
- Provide counseling and support to team members in meeting responsibilities
- Interview applicants and hire qualified candidates
- Execute and issue notices of disciplinary action
- Ensure all team members follow hotel policies and procedures
- Expedite and oversee special requests from the Front Desk
- Attend management meetings
- Develop team and its members
- Motivate employees to provide superior customer service
- Monitor job performance daily
